Neighborhood Chaplain “Letter of Introduction”

Here’s the letter that a Chaplain typically gives at a door after visiting for the first time.  The letter introduces the concept and gives the Chaplain’s contact info, as well as giving the time, date, location, and invitation to a Cross Training Meeting.

If a Chaplain never finds someone home at a particular house, after repeated visits, it would be good to leave a letter on the door; however, in general, it is better to let your first meeting be in person, rather than through the letter.
